From a young age, I struggled with debilitating headaches that often left me unable to function. I would experience auras that resembled shattered glass in my vision, and the pain was so intense! I tried various pain medications, but it was unbearable while I waited for them to take effect.

In those moments, the most comforting solution was a simple but powerful gesture: I would call my father, and he would come to squeeze my head, applying pressure in a way that offered enough relief to get me through until the pain medications or essential oils could take effect. That gesture, though unconventional, was a lifeline for me.

As a mother of three, I now find myself facing a similar challenge with my own daughter, who experiences migraines so severe they often leave her ill. I knew I needed to find a solution that could help her—and, ultimately, help others like us who suffer in silence. As a home designer and property manager, and busy mum - my days are filled with responsibilities, and the luxury of being sidelined by a migraine simply isn’t an option. I needed a way to get relief that would allow me to function.

That’s when I had the idea to recreate the same pressure-relief experience I had as a child. After much thought and research, I developed The Aura—a wearable therapeutic device designed to lift the pain from a migraine by applying targeted pressure to your head. It fits discreetly inside a baseball cap, so migraine relief is not visible, allowing users to wear it confidently without drawing attention to the fact they’re wearing a support device. The Aura has been a complete game changer for both me and my daughter.

But I didn’t stop there. I wanted to continue helping others who suffer from headaches. I’ve always believed that you can’t fully understand the importance of relief unless you’ve personally experienced the pain. After discovering the benefits of auricular acupressure, I found ear seeds to be incredibly effective in reducing the frequency and severity of my headaches. This led me to offer a line of Ear Seeds designed for both prevention and treatment of migraines.

In addition to the Aura and Ear Seeds, I created a specialized essential oil blend to target headache pain points, providing natural, soothing relief and supporting the body’s healing process.

It is my goal to continue expanding this line of products and act as a support resource, and to find alternative solutions to manage headaches and offering a holistic approach to migraine relief. My mission is simple: to provide those who suffer from headaches with the tools that have made a difference in my life, and in the lives of my loved ones.
