During the COVID lockdowns, I struggled with overwhelming anxiety. I tried everything—meditation, breathwork, yoga, long walks in nature—but nothing truly calmed me. I’d wake up in the middle of the night with a pit in my stomach, desperately searching for something that could help.

One day, I heard someone mention acupuncture. Unfortunately, getting treatment wasn’t an option at the time, so I started looking for alternatives. Essential oils were soothing, but I needed something more powerful. That’s when my sister told me about acupressure—specifically, ear seeds.

I was skeptical at first, but I decided to give them a try. After a few days, I took them off… and almost immediately, intense anxiety flooded back. That’s when I realized—they had actually been working. From that moment on, I wore them consistently throughout the lockdowns.
